Clarence Team have been strata managers at my investment property for over 4 years. Recently a new owner at the property encouraged the committee to attend meetings with new manager options. It was immediately noticeable how much more attentive to detail and knowledgeable Clarence Team are just from the interviews. A good OC manager is hard to come by.
