Poor communications, 18 days and 3 follow-ups to get an answer to the basic query, I.e. trying to confirm payment status to ensure it came through before the due date and to avoid double payment. Once response was finally received, it was gaslighting at its finest . Despite the record of the phone calls provided alongside subsequent email, the team are saying there is no such record. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
We elected Clarence Team as our OC managers when concerns became major issues. Specifically, major maintenance items were being pushed back and not completed at our complex. From commencement Brian and the Clarence Team team we're able to quickly liaise with trades and our insurance provider to determine what needed to be done and why the works had been at a stand still. Our Elwood property experienced a wrath of issues after construction due to the developers cutting corners and their concerning planning. Clarence Team acted on behalf of owners mediating the repair of defects supported by their established trade network investigating and providing reports to highlight the concerns.
