Unlike many other surgeries, the receptionists are friendly, helpful and supportive. The majority of the Doctors are happy to see you for a face to face appointment and take the time to treat you as an individual rather than a number through the door. The check-in system could be improved by showing which room (e.g upstairs or down) you are in, as this is never clear. All in all, a decent practice with lovely staff.
Attended for a flu jab. The appointment was on time and nice and quick.
I was seen on time by an extremely pleasant nurse. Just a flu jab and I was out again in minutes. Very satisfactory
Greeted with a wonderful smile & a truly efficient Nurse called Nikki when attending CMC for Flu vacc .
