Absolutely disgusting doctor's I've been calling for the past week every single time they are full I rang at 8:30 on the dot and all appointments was gone by the time I got through at 8:55 and told to try another day does this doctors not understand that people can't wait weeks genuinely is one of the worst doctors if you're moving to the area do not join this doctors also the receptionists are extremely rude and arrogant

I come to the doctors maybe 3-4 times a year The wait times each time is 30-40 mins over my allotted time The place is a joke

Truly awful GP practice when it comes to getting an appointment and unfortunately the receptionists are the main issue. Attempted to get an appointment to discuss results, as advised by GP, however the earliest they could book was 14th May - 36 days away! Don’t bother registering with this GP as you’ll likely die of whatever is ailing you before you get an appointment.

Spoke to the receptionist this afternoon, not long before closing, spoke about an infection after having wisdom teeth out. Was told to contact a dentist, I then asked could a doctor possible ring me as the hospital couldn’t see me with it being after 48 hours post op, dr blakemore has rang me close to closing and has quickly done my prescription due to me having an infection and it’s been ready within five minutes, not the first time dr blakemore has gone above and beyond, can’t thank her enough and she’s a credit to claranc... read more
