Wow how I have just been spoken too by a receptionist called KAREN is disgusting talking over me before I could even finish my sentence I will be making a formal complaint she’s also just hung up on me after been caller number 20 in the que. Clarence have always been amazing to me but she needs an attitude transplant and be put on a course for patient care.
Can't make an appointment for the next day or the day after if it's not urgent also the opening times are rubbish no late night and not open at all at weekends, if you work you can't get a appointment
I cannot recommend the service at Clarence Medical Centre any higher. They are always helpful, professional and courteous. I recently had difficulty moving my appointed Chemist and was literally tearing my hair out, I went in to see Lewis on reception and he solved my problem immediately, this was also followed by another excellent experience with the prescribing team. Excellent guys. Many thanks 🙂
