I was thinking Alstate is good company boy was I wrong The are unprofessional rude and good look getting anything covered if something happens they will try not to pay for anything and if the do end up giving you something it will be garbage i would stay away from this company you definitely are not in good hands
Copied from Allstate’s email requesting feedback: Not well. Rates have continued to increase and service decreasing. I was involved in a car accident and submitted a claim recently and not once did I ever speak to an individual to go over anything at all, no conversation about coverage, deductibles, cost, rental, or arbitration. I got denied a roofing claim when very bcisible damage is seen. This feedback box is also lacking in function, but rates continue to go up higher and higher!
