As of late, Branch Manager Frank Babcock and I are getting to know each other better as we work together and straighten out wrinkles such as the severe scraping of our driveway this past Winter. I called twice more than a week ago for a quote and I was told that I would be called back and that never happened. A week later and still nothing, when I called I was told that they are too busy, and the reps are not coming in for another 2-3 weeks.

I called to ask about picking out a tree, planting it and taking a look at ground cover options for my front garden. Lady on phone was a bit condescending and I’m still waiting on a call back to schedule. Not eager for business.
