Had to involve Subaru Austrailia on two occasions to recieve a response from CCS in reference to hail damage to our Subaru whilist being serviced on thier premises. A lenghty conversation was had with the Business Manager two months after the fact, and from that conversation somewhat of a report of the days events was forwarded to me, however the report morally did not reflect our conversation. I will and have always supported local business, but now in this case only if it's reciprocated.
Will be going to a different dealer from now on.
We purchased our second subaru purchase from Clarence Coast Subaru. Both times Josh Walters helped us and we think he is an exceptionally friendly and professional person to deal with.
