Had the car returned to me promptly after it's routine, capped price service. Price seemed reasonable. Spent the wairing time in the lounge where I could drink unlimited coffee and watch the World Cup soccer match, bonus!
No issues with information provided where required,service time & completion good.
Had to involve Subaru Austrailia on two occasions to recieve a response from CCS in reference to hail damage to our Subaru whilist being serviced on thier premises. A lenghty conversation was had with the Business Manager two months after the fact, and from that conversation somewhat of a report of the days events was forwarded to me, however the report morally did not reflect our conversation. I will and have always supported local business, but now in this case only if it's reciprocated.
Will be going to a different dealer from now on.
