Sarah is a deadset legend, I stupidly used cotton buds & lodged wax further into my ear resulting in near total deafness. Within an hour of my initial phone call Sarah had remedied the situation & treated me professionally & was friendly & very thorough. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. Five stars.

Great service thanks Sarah. Had an ear infection over 2 months ago followed by a skin reaction to Otodex ear drops followed by a constant itch now cured by Sarah’s professional microsuction which removed a “ton” of dead skin.
