While my experience with DR Rachel has always been wonderful and pleasant, the front office is rude, arrogant and condescending when asking for simple clarification on billing, I was told a filling would be of no cost to me prior to receiving treatment. I was then billed $175 for a simple filling. When I called my concerns were dismissed and I was treated as if I was being looked down on. The only reason for 2 stars is Dr Rachel.

So happy to call Clarence Center Family Dental my new dentist! I had my first appointment yesterday and have already recommended them to multiple friends/family. I immediately felt welcomed the moment I walked in - the receptionist that checked me in was wonderful. I felt listened to and heard throughout the entire appointment. I love Clarence Center Family Dental. The facility is clean and homey, the staff is friendly and they always do great work. Always a great experience.
