Absolutely the worst! First he lends other peoples cars when yours is getting worked on. I took my car there to be fixed and after 5 weeks of waiting, my car was fixed so badly, leaked oil everywhere, pig mats were glued under my engine to absorb oil. My entire engine shut down due to oil leakage, Chris never did anything to resolve the situation. Do not take your car there! He deceived me and did not do the work he was paid to do and will not give any money back after loosing in small claims court!
