Extremely disappointed in this company. Parked for around an hour paid $2 and received a $79 ticket in the mail months later claiming I had not paid for parking. They never listened to reason when I had my receipt from that day which was a miracle but they said it was fake. Thanks but will be taking my business elsewhere.
I pulled up to this lot with the exact change to get a full day worth of parking. Turns out the box I started putting the change in was full and the office is closed on weekends. It's noon on a Saturday So now there is no way for anyone to pay at this lot till Monday at the very least.
