Owner, Richard Phillips Jr. was hired to do a job that he not only did not even start but didn't have the courtesy to call us and let us know he was not going to do it. I called him 2 weeks later and he text me back, basically, sorry, can't do it. --Stay far away, because actions like this speak volumes for credibility.
