I got a puncture in my tyre Thursday evening and after trying a competitor that were all booked out, I managed to book in to Tyrepower Claremont on the Friday morning first thing. They plugged the Tyre which made it a lot cheaper than a replacement. They were also very efficient and it was done in 35 minutes. Highly recommend these guys for honesty and efficiency.
Tyrepower Claremont today provided me with exceptional service. I dropped the car off after I had a console warning message to say reduction of tyre pressure in front wheel. The young man at their front desk took charge and an hour later I had a message to say tyre had been repaired. The culprit was a screw puncture in the tyre. Claremont Tyrepower – outstanding integrity and service I supplied TPMS sensors with the wrong frequency — entirely my mistake. Once the correct sensors arrived, Claremont Tyrepower refitted them, wheels off, about an hour’s work. They refused to charge me. I pushed. I even offered to cover drinks. They still wouldn’t take a cent. That tells you a lot about how they run their business.
