Went in today to get a quote on some new tyres, and a service. Both people in reception using their computers, I stood there for a few minutes, and not once did they even acknowledge I was there. A quick "we won't be a minute " would have been appreciated as per a good customer skills handbook would advise, but to be totally ignored was really rude, suffice to say I left because obviously my business wasn't needed or wanted.
I have been taking my car there for at least eight years; I trust them 110% because they know what they’re doing, they do it well, they do it honestly, and they take pride in their work.
Recently had my Dmax in for its 75,000km logbook service. The crew at Claremont Tire and Auto were friendly and done a fantastic job, they gave me a full report on the car and what needs to be done at next service. Car was ready when they said it would be. Will definitely return in the future. Thanks again
