"I've been living in this apartment for a 2 years and I've been really happy with it. The location is great, it's close to public transportation and grocery stores. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of natural light, and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests.
I recently moved out and I can say that I truly enjoyed my time at Claremont. The maintainence staff was always responsive on the rare time I had issues. The neighbors were never an issue for me and the buioldings and grounds were always well maintained. I loved my experience there.
Terrible management. Unresponsive and very unhelpful. Without any warning they called towing company on their own tenants for not having stickers in their vehicles.
