Nice safr place to raise a family
I love my apartment. It is spacious and I lucked out with a beautiful view. The pricing is reasonable for the hillsborough area. You always see the maintenance guys working hard around the property. Lastly, Sophia in the leasing office is professional, informative, and always helpful regarding my questions. Good listener and seeks clarity in tenants inquiries. This is an older building but the staff keeps it up well.

The location is convenient and well-connected, offering both comfort and accessibility for daily living. "I've been living in this apartment for a 2 years and I've been really happy with it. The location is great, it's close to public transportation and grocery stores. The apartment itself is spacious, with plenty of natural light, and the management is very responsive to maintenance requests.
