We lived here for several years when it was still Claremont Park. Overall it’s an excellent place to live. The property manager George is extremely responsive and keeps the property very well maintained. Alvaro the handyman is capable, friendly, and prompt. Any functional or maintenance issues with any aspect of the apartment were handled very promptly. I don’t think we ever waited more than a business day for any request to be addressed. We have been living at Evria Claremont Apartments for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The location is perfect, close to the freeway, Claremont Village, and the 5C colleges. It is less than a five minute drive and about a twenty minute walk to Pomona College, which makes it ideal for students, while still being in a very calm and quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed living here for the first year. At first it was quiet and peaceful. However the price of the unit was high and only increases with time. Noisy neighbors moved in with their young children upstairs which causes excessive noise. The maintenance man could be more capable. I told him about an appliance issue and he dismissed it as the appliance working as expected. It resulted in a mess and the appliance breaking down in the end. It caused a lot of inconvenience. We lived at Claremont Park for 22 months and overall had a wonderful experience. Management and maintenance are always incredibly helpful and met every request we had while living there. However, we lived off off S. Indian Hill and it was very loud at night and our floors were always very dirty because of the exhaust from the cars outside now matter how often I mopped and vacuumed. We had reoccurring issues with our plumbing that was always fixed, but inconvenient. Overall I give it a 4/5 because the management is incredible... read more
