My mother lived in Claremont Park for 2 1/2 years, and it was a godsend for us. This property is quiet, extremely clean and well-maintained. George, the property manager, does an amazing job and is incredibly responsive and kind. Alfaro, the maintenance manager, was also very responsive, and all maintenance concerns were addressed with minutes of them receiving it. It is close to the village of Claremont and has nice pathways throughout. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
I was looking for a safe, quiet and peaceful apartment near the Claremont McKenna Colleges as my daughter entered her freshman year at Scripps College and was going to be far from home. I found all that and more at the Claremont Park Apartments. The common space is beautiful, secure and serene. Best of all, George, the manager, is top notch. He is responsive, courteous and helpful. He is the best.
Had a wonderful time staying at the Claremont park apartment complex from 2019 till 2021. The complex had wonderful amenities and the manager George went above to make sure every resident had a comfortable stay
I have lived here for a few years, and have really appreciated the safe, pleasant environment. George, the community manager, is incredibly helpful when it comes to answering questions, and very responsive in apartment upkeep if something needs fixing! Thankful to live in such a lovely community!
