We lived at Claremont Park for 22 months and overall had a wonderful experience. Management and maintenance are always incredibly helpful and met every request we had while living there. However, we lived off off S. Indian Hill and it was very loud at night and our floors were always very dirty because of the exhaust from the cars outside now matter how often I mopped and vacuumed. We had reoccurring issues with our plumbing that was always fixed, but inconvenient. Overall I give it a 4/5 because the management is incredible... read more

My mother lived in Claremont Park for 2 1/2 years, and it was a godsend for us. This property is quiet, extremely clean and well-maintained. George, the property manager, does an amazing job and is incredibly responsive and kind. Alfaro, the maintenance manager, was also very responsive, and all maintenance concerns were addressed with minutes of them receiving it. It is close to the village of Claremont and has nice pathways throughout. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

I was looking for a safe, quiet and peaceful apartment near the Claremont McKenna Colleges as my daughter entered her freshman year at Scripps College and was going to be far from home. I found all that and more at the Claremont Park Apartments. The common space is beautiful, secure and serene. Best of all, George, the manager, is top notch. He is responsive, courteous and helpful. He is the best.
