I am disappointed with my experience at this optometry office. My child had just been discharged from the hospital after treatment for nausea and vomiting. Before the appointment, I called the office to explain the situation and ask about rescheduling. I was informed that rescheduling at that time would result in a $50 fee. To avoid the fee, I brought my child to the appointment as scheduled. I've visited eye clinics across many states over the past decade, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences. There was no clear communication about additional charges for contact lens checks. I was surprised by extra fees afterward. Unlike other places where trial lenses are given to help decide, here they wanted to charge for that too. If I didn’t like one type of lens, they said I’d have to pay for another visit to try something else. It felt like they were only focused on money. I can’t recommend this place... read more

I liked this office. All the people in the front were nice and helpful. When I talked to the doctor I got the impression that he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know and his bedside manner kind of put me at ease a little more. When it has to do with your eyesight you want everything to go smoothly and have the best results you can possibly achieve. I liked the fact that he seemed to have a lot of experience with patients going through the same thing as I am. I will go back again.
