This was my first time here. I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted quickly and asked to sign a couple of forms. I was called back to the exam area within 5 minutes. The assistant checked my eyes with a few machines. She took me into a room to wait for the optometrist. She came in quickly as well. She was very friendly and did a thorough exam.
