I went to look at the glasses range today. Ezra guided me with a process that didnt waste any time, didnt pressure me and it resulted in frames I was very happy with, that I would not have even tried on if left to my own devices. An eye test was conducted with the same level of service and the optometrist subtly recommended that I get prescription sun glasses. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, and after leaving I feel confident that I made the right decisions based on excellent advice. Thank you Michelle Massey
