Big shout out to Nadeen for not only fixing my broken sunglasses, she also diagnosed what was wrong with my other pair and fixed them to suit my head aswell, her warm customer service and also knowledge of how to adjust your sunglasses to suit your head is beyond amazing. Nadine and Amanda are the absolute dream team. Their customer service is exceptional and they are so committed to finding you the perfect pair of glasses (the range at CO is fabulous). Honest, kind, patient, experienced and just lovely lovely people. Annie (optometrist) is brilliant too. Superb!

What an excellent experience! Nadine, Amanda and Annie went above and beyond for me. I was running late to my appointment and the team were flexible despite a full book on Saturday afternoon. They not only sorted out new glasses but serviced and adjusted my other pairs (which had been bought elsewhere). Although the customer service alone deserves the rating, they had stunning frames from JMM, Dita and Tom Ford. Thank you team!
