Great place to live.
Just beautiful community with extremely nice and caring personnel. Moving from a home in Lancaster County after 42 years I knew that I could be happy at Claremont on the Square and have not been disappointed at all with my interactions so far with office and maintenance.
Fantastic so far. Expensive but you can see why when living here. Very well kept, modern, super-friendly staff, very dog-friendly, and most importantly –you just can't beat the vibe outside with the restaurants and weekly events like concerts, farmers market, etc. Plus they're building a Kimberton Whole Foods next door soon. I previously moved from another Hankin Community, which I loved. I don't think it can be done any better TBH. The only thing I don't like is the Rita's Water Ice next door. our experience the all staff members has been excellent.
Love it here! Office staff is amazing and maintenance is on top of everything. Our new home is so quiet. So happy we made this decision to make Claremont on the Square our new home!
