We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The receptionist did not put us on the waiting list, yet we were left waiting for two hours. In the end, we did not even get to see a GP. We understand that clinics can be busy, but the lack of communication and failure to place us on the waiting list resulted in a significant waste of our time.

Do not book with Siddika. Blatantly rude and is un empathetic. Wasted my time booking in. Ive been coming to this practice for the past 10 years. Never in my life have had such a horrible gp experience.
I have been a patient at this medical centre since 2018 and I am incredibly disappointed with the ongoing level of care. Every single time I visit, something goes wrong. It is not a one-off issue, it is a consistent pattern. Most recently, I waited over six hours past my scheduled appointment time for a phone consult, only to be told my prescriptions could not be sent electronically and I would need to come in to collect them the following day.
