Have had to deal with the manager Gemma, incredibly rude
This care home appalling rundown building residential are never motivated, the seniors run the home as manger is to weak to manage staff. The CQC report is not a true reflection on this home as one of day carer sister is CQC inspector for Manchester and the home was given 8 weeks notice prior to inspection . Also the reviews posted care home.co.uk were wrote by senior to mislead people.
Having worked in this horrible home I can't believe I've just seen, one of the residents who is 102 year old be used to promote this vile home in which staff verbally abuse and neglect their residence. The manager has used this resident to obtain PPE because she never orders it and the owner is to tight to buy it. Disgusting behaviour by this home .
Shocking home, unprofessional staff and the CQC classed it as good but good doesn't mean their not been issues just means not inadequate but this also doesn't mean anything OK at the home as they were given 8 week notice prior to visit, my mother in law was abused in this home verbally.
