The association refuses to suggest tree trimming& yards being maintained. The mailboxes are filthy. Not as neat and clean as it used to be. Nearby neighbourhoods like Village of Oak Creek, Clear Creek Meadows & The Cedars all maintain their boxes. As an association should! Then one drives in to Claremont & it looks like a ghetto with all the untrimmed trees, grass growing over the curbs, trash & trashcans in the street & the icing on the cake: mold and moss growing on the neighbourhood box units. All I can say is GROSS!!!
This is a beautiful neighborhood.
