TERRIBLE. Worst experience of my life. I lived at one of their properties for a total of 48 hours before legally breaking my 12 month lease. I signed my lease with Natasha from the Fayetteville office and she assisted during the move in process. An excellent place to live, with large, newly-renovated apartments and extremely affordable rent.
This is a great place to live, with spacious apartments in good condition and a very reasonable rent.
I went to view this place, waited 15 minutes, and the property manager did not show. I wasted an hour taking off work with nothing to show for it. Probably better off. On the outside, there was trash in the front yard and around back. Neighbor's dogs were barking and 5 military planes were flying right above one by one.
Honestly liked this place before the new management. It was quieter but now nothing but military lives here. They hit my car and will not take responsibility. The new management acts like they don’t want to help you other than to take your money. They raised my rent ridiculous high and did not give me a renewal offer until past 30 days my lease expires. Work orders take so long to have fixed. Save your money, DO NOT MOVE HERE OR ANY SWEETWATER PROPERTIES. Shame on them for their reply as well, clear indication they just want... read more
