I’ve been going here for a year and THEY ARE TERRIBLE. They only care about their Spanish clients they allow skipping of the line to see the doctor. Emmanuel Gachette is a very unprofessional and rude doctor who refuses to answer client questions as he resides as they’re PCP. This office NEVER answers the phone so you’re unable to make any appointments over the phone. You wait over an hour for your appointment regardless of the time you set it for. Whoever answers the phone is rude nasty disgusting, no compassion at all
Ive had multiple bad experiences with this office but today was my last straw. Dr. Palomino and Maria the receptionist are the rudest most unprofessional people I have come across in the medical field. Maria has a nasty attitude and no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I decided to schedule an appt with a different dr since Palomino is very unprofessional and is her way or the highway with changes and medications even though you might not agree.
