I have had more cancellations and rescheduling than kept appointments, even when they’ve been confirmed. Several times I have had to call to find out an appointment was canceled because I wasn’t informed. I thought it would improve with the new dentist (which I was never told the previous one left even though I am in the middle of long-term treatment), but it’s already happened twice. Very friendly staff. I have dental anxiety and they work with me well and always make me feel comfortable. They've done a couple extractions for me and now I'm getting a partial plate denture from them. Super easy process!!! I highly recommend!
Made an appointment to establish care and was contacted to reschedule. I confirmed rescheduled time and got an email and text to confirm my original appointment they asked me to reschedule. I reached out to inquire what was going on and was told by a woman named Debbie via text message she has no clue why I was asked to reschedule, could I still make the original appointment?
