Had to write a review. Will not give 1 star rating just to bring down their ratings. The dentist is great, hygienist, assistants, and office workers as well. But they run your insurance, give you prices and simply do not honor that. Had to switch dentists because they simply do not keep their word. So unfortunate. I’ve had such positive experiences with Claremont Dental so far. Everyone is super friendly and really good at what they do.
The entire practice systematically refused to treat me and denied medically necessary care by canceling multiple appointments without warning. Excuses ranged from writing down the wrong phone number to telling me I didn't have an appointment to the dentist no-showing when I was scheduled for fillings. The office manager Jessica was abrupt and seemed uncomfortable. The one time I saw the dentist herself to discuss X-rays, she was rude and gave me dirty looks.
