The admin personnel are good and they access plenty of great dentists so you can get an appointment. Also my appointments so far have always started on time.
I haven’t gone to the dentist in a long time, approximately 5 or more years. I’ve required multiple fillings and one wisdom tooth extraction, I’ve seen Dr Melanie Yap each time and I couldn’t recommend her more! I will absolutely be seeing her everytime I need to go to the dentist.
I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel that finding a good dentist is so hard to do that I really wanted to share my experience. For years I haven’t had the best encounters going to the dentist, so much so that I had avoided seeing one for over 5 years until I finally went to see Dr Melanie Yap for a toothache. Lovely team of dentists, nurses and receptionists! Highly recommend!
I took a day off work to get a filling done, costing me $600 to take one days work off as I’m casual. I got to reception and got told to wait for my dentist to be available. 15min passes and a guy in plain clothes comes out to tell me could i reschedule as they were running late… “the dentist who looked like he was leaving the clinic?
