Paid him money to do a deck. He came one day and then didn't show up or answer his phone for weeks. It's been a month (originally was told it would be done in 3 days after he started one month ago). He answers every 4-5 days and says "on my way" or has some crazy excuse as to why he didn't have his phone for 4 days.
