I was genuinely disappointed by my stay at the Claremont given its reputation and price point. Several basic expectations for a hotel at this level simply weren’t met. • No hot water in the shower This alone would justify a complaint. We stayed here for a long weekend last week. We were on the 4th floor which was over the 3rd floor banquet hall. The sound from the party underneath rattled our room and our molars. We requested another room but had to pay extra for a decent room without the noise. Not cool.
