I needed additional support for one of the business members that I coordinated travel for on my team and Lizzie was responsive and concise when helping me with my credit card authorization request. Upon the return home, my team noticed a small discrepancy on the bill and I reached out to Lizzie again. She immediately remedied the bill, and the charges were amended. The Staff are amazing. Breakfast is always kind. The 4:30 lounge atmosphere is laid back and customer focus. And Effie made us feel and home and even made us laugh after a long flight from Boston. She is great
