Lived there for 3 years. Had an older women living above me who would complain that my oldest son... Who was only 4 at the time made our apaprtment outside look trashy because he use side walk chalk. We were in the bottom apartment we started to grow mold in our carpet because of the moisture in the basement. They told us they wanted us to move out instead of replacing the carpet.
