As an orthopedic surgeon and former college athlete looking to do his first Ironman I am so happy I found coach Clare. She worked with me and came up with a plan that worked perfectly with me schedule and my background. I completed 140.6 miles last week and coach Clare met me with 5 miles left on the run and didn’t leave my side until I was finished. I couldn’t have done this without her.
