They are horrendous, I was told just a little while ago that I had asthma which I was not informed I had, I was told I was having breathing problems because of allergies, the nurse practitioner is always rude and dismissive of my symptoms Which I tried to explain to her. Since escalating the matters to your Leadership Team, you have been responsive. Prior to this, I requested and was promised encounter notes in advance of a derm appt. The encounter notes were received hours after the appt took place. Further, the notes contained countless (>16) inaccuracies, including quotes from me that I never made. I, too, am sorry that you cannot meet these simple needs. Also, from my experience, no primary care physician visits - just a nurse practitioner.
