My Mother moved two months ago, and is unable to get her security deposit back. The manager, Becky, will not return calls and will not provide numbers of her superiors or accountants.
My mother in law moved in recently and the whole process was really smooth and wonderful. Management worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed to feel great about choosing this building. The building is clean and welcoming, and most importantly, secure. Whenever we had a question, they were sure to answer honestly and quickly. My mother in law is very happy in her apartment, and we are so glad we chose Clare Heights.
