Don’t recommend at all! They double brief, like what? I’ve seen caregiver Shove Food down patients mouths if they are not eating fast enough. I’ve seen a lot happen here and I’m not happy. I will not be taking my family member here.
This place is dirty. My grandma was here and the cups are dirty. They don’t wash their hands and they don’t have any machines to safely lift these patients up. I seen a caregiver struggle with one patient. It’s an inconvenience for the caregivers to wash the patients hands. I’ve seen other places treat their patients better. One girl was shoving food in one woman’s mouth like as if she was bother that she didn’t want to eat. Smh I also seen more than one diaper on my grandma. Is that even supposed to happen?
Brookdale is a great place, great people and they take good care of you.
Facility staff are very caring and knowledgeable in dealing with dementia.
