She is so patient and people friendly. She makes you feel very comfortable. Never any waiting.
She is rude, very unprofessional , and hypocrite, report her if you have a problem with her !
What’s the point of having a staff who has access on the phone/voicemail and they don’t call you back specially when you have medical question. I’ve called multiple times / leave a voicemail but no one’s answering the phone and even bother to call you back. Clearly the staff is unreliable on this instant.
