I didn't even get a chance to see the doctor. For me the Front office staff that answer the phone can truly make or break a doctor for me. These are the people you have representing you and these are the people we have to interact with most of the time. In this instance I will be looking for another hematologist. The nice nasty tone, interrupting me when I was trying to explain why I was calling to make an appt. was totally unnecessary.
