I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HER!!!! I was a first time home buyer who should have gotten a better deal. There were many lies told. I have put so much money into my home already and it's still not decent. I have accumulated so much debt due to me trying to make my home livable. She down played all of my concerns. I trusted her and that was a huge mistake. Ms. Norris was meticulous in finding houses for us to review; based on the specific priority factors I provided to her. I discussed with Clara factors that were needed in the home, in the neighborhood and our pricing concerns. Our discussions before and after viewing a house were also important and informative, especially when she addressed our numerous questions.
