I’ve been seeing Dale for over a year and it has been very helpful for me. He’s a great listener and has been effective in working through some things in my life journey. The other staff members have been great too. Very appreciative for all of them 🙏🏼
Therapy session staff appears to be overwhelmed and not properly trained in addressing patients' core needs and life challenges. Resident psychiatrist appeared to be disinterested and rude. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is somewhat of a mess. Receptionists usually transfer to the specialist's voicemail rather than taking appointments themselves. Not too convenient. A streamlining of the process is needed.
I had an abscess twice from court order medication they didn’t do anything about it. Next thing I know I was apprehended by local police and state troopers and had an altercation and got tasered twice all because of claremartin centers protocol. I never received a text message or email prior to becoming detained. Lack of transparency and lack of order. Screw dr Keven Buchanan. This is one of only facilities that deals with mental health in rural Vermont. Good luck finding treatment with a solid team. F ‘em
