They have been incredably attentive to my needs. Great staff, easy to talk to and helpful.
After calling them and talking to them, I can see why they have a 3.3 rating they don’t seem to want help the people who really need the help. I was really disgusted with the people I talked to. They’re not determined to care for the people who really have mental health issues. I’m so disappointed with this facility. This is just a disgrace to mental health services.
Love it there! They have so many resources and are always doing the best they can to help. I’ve had good experiences with reception, therapists, their nurses and their case workers :) Although I do wish they had more couples counselors, but other than that it’s been nothing but positive.
