I went into the er Monday after a bad fall. One of the girls behind the desk said to me in a nasty time your back? I'm not happy that your back. Excuse me but I'm the patient. If I'm in pain isn't your job to see why I'm in pain? Not sit their and make snide remarks. Ok. I know I've been there a lot of times but Everytime I go into for a reason. I had such a wonderful experience at Clara Maass Hospital thanks to my nurse, Stacy. She was incredibly attentive, so sweet, and supportive throughout my entire visit. Stacy really took the time to listen and made me feel comfortable and cared for especially because I was going through a rough time. Her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my experience, and I would absolutely return to Clara Maass because of the exceptional care she provided.
