The Clara House has a caring, trained and compassionate staff. The environment is safe and comfortable, and the staff makes every resident feel special in many individual ways. If I could rate this lower I would.... Turn over of staff is terrible.. I worked there since Nov. Staff getting fired for stupid things..RN. Lives q1and a half hours away from work. She's on call at night so when she is called she is half asleep when answering your question s then not remembering what was said or how many times was actually called...director saying one thing then doing another.... Working 11 or 12 days straight because there is no one else to work. Working alone because staff is too tired to come in. Wouldn'... read more
