This is my second time working with Dan and his team. The first job was to replace a picture window, along with siding and a few other windows. Everything came out great, so I opted to get my 50 yr old bathroom renovated. It took a long time, but the results were worth the wait. I love the heated floor and the new fixtures. Thank you to everyone who worked on both projects.
I used Clar Construction for the design and installation of a built in bookcase and an under-the-stairs set of drawers. What was created looks like it has always been here - true to the design of my home. Communication was always clear, professional, and timely. The team at Clar Construction was great from start to finish. They helped us prioritize what was most important to us and kept costs within our budget. They had amazing customer service and were exceedingly responsive. They checked in and provided us with detailed updates every step of the way. Bear & Jared were amazing to work with and we would not hesitate to use Clar again for any projects in the future.
Clar Construction did an excellent job replacing an existing window with a larger one, requiring significant structural modifications to the wall. All aspects of the work, from exterior, interior, coordination, etc., were top notch. I am satisfied with the price paid and will use Clar construction in the future.
Dan and his team are great to work with. They are professional, respectful of our space, great communicators, patient, and tidy. We just completed our second project with them. Their work is high quality with beautiful results.
