Doug was not too polite or patient at all with us on the phone when we were inquiring about a quote. Said he would not come by for an estimate and gave me a ballpark figure... "might be more, might be less." Others showed up, gave quote with no issue, and gave date w/time they could complete the job. Take it or leave it attitude not appreciated by us for sure!
