There are lots of pharmacies to choose from in our area, and we chose the best one. Clappison Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly. If we have questions or needs, they address them quickly. A+ grade from us!
I have had countless bad experiences at this pharmacy. My husband and I have both been treated rudely on multiple occasions by one lady in particular. She interrupts when you try answer her questions. We have always been givin attitude or a road block for simply trying to get our prescriptions on too many occasions.
I feel so blessed to be a customer of Clappisons Pharmacy. Where customer service seems to be a lost art in today’s world, this pharmacy goes above and beyond. When you walk in they are friendly, know you by name and show compassion for your health concerns. They are well stocked and I have yet to be told to come back. They are knowledgeable and are more than willing to answer any question you may have.
