Love going to this location the staff is very helpful and friendly. Whenever I go for my appointment they are very efficient and get you in and out in a timely manner.
Recently now living full time in Port Dover I needed my eyes checked because it had been since 2023. Went to FYI and I was first greeted by Alyssa. I went to double check my appointment. She was so warm and accommodating. Since that first interaction I came back for my appointment after I had went on the waiting list. 2 days later Alyssa called and I was in 2 weeks early. Hi. I had renwal of eye test. Great service with Dr. Clap. Needed new lenses. Dealt with Lori. She is always wonderful to deal with, great people skills and helps with choosing new frames to suit your face. Found me inexpensive frames for my old lenses as back-up pair. Lori is so helpful in trying to stay within your budget too. Thank you for your services. 5 star rating in my books!
