Unprofessional, they are cancelling visits at last minute, 3 times in a row. I asked for refund (as you need to pay before visit) and they are replying that I have not paid? Unprofessional abd unhelpful and not fair to patients. My visits have been cancelled one by one and rescheduled for next month and still cancelled. Ridiculous and yet still waiting for my refund as they are saying I haven't paid - fortunately I kept the receipts.
Very unprofessional -my appointments have been cancelled 3 times within a month, without any notice - on a same day as the appointment! The same thing happened one year ago, without any notice just on the same day. Twice ! Plus when I wanted to cancell one time as they rescheduled my visit for time I couldn't come- it has been a problem as I didn't give a 48hours notice.! Ridiculous and upsetting lack of professionalism how to treat patients.
Had a terrible experience with the receptionist Joy, she’s extremely rude and aggressive. Also having problems in getting my whole deposit back after cancelling an appointment within their notice period. Their complaints process is even worse. I’m still waiting for a response from the practice manager from the 28th of February.
