Very satisfying all team they do very well
Please do not use Dr Sarah Shepherdson at this practice. I had a terrible experience with rushed, bad, expensive decisions made and 4 days of unbearable pain. I have reported her to the FTP and await a response. The practice itself was very sympathetic.

Had an abysmal experience with the receptionist Joy, she’s extremely rude and aggressive. I asked a question over the phone in regard to my deposit amount and her response was “I’m not gonna argue with you” so rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe that someone with her mannerisms has a job as a receptionist? Also having problems in getting my whole deposit back after cancelling an appointment within their notice period. I have been attending this dental practice for several years and I would not wish to change. Both the dentist and the hygienist are as good, if not better, than anyone I had in decades of going privately, and are also very personable. No treatment has ever been recommended that was unnecessary and I have complete trust in their integrity and professionalism.
