Spent $11k on awnings, having an issue within the first couple of months and cannot get Clantons to call me back or come out to fix the problem. Very disappointed in their customer service and will pursue other remedies unless they honor their warranty.
I had a special project I give them the measurements or the grommets need to be the length And they made this 11 foot piece perfect great place to do business I’m telling all my friends
I would give 5 stars based on quality of work, the awning is beautiful! It came within 2 weeks and looks great. I love how many colors and style options they have! However it was quite difficult to get into contact with the company initially, so deducting one star.
The awning looks great, and the install was very well done! Excellent company to work with, and less expensive than others in the area.
They did a great job for me. Pretty painless overall and the awning looks great. I’d recommend them.
