Kait and Kev are two of the most charming, hardworking folk you'll ever meet. I dont exercise here, but I've heard only good things from people in town about how well they work with trainers there. Many praise how comfortable they feel there, and it seems the results come rather quick! Keep it up, guys! I've enjoyed watching this company grow!

Clancy’s Hiit and Fit is by far the best gym/ training space I have been to in my many, many years of working out. I have been attending 5 classes plus a week for 14 months. The trainer's are incredibly knowledgeable and committed to the clientele. They give personal attention to the individual.
