I can’t say enough good things about our realtor Natalie. She helped us at least a year with ups and downs of buying our forever home. Well today was our closing and we are beyond grateful for all her help and support to us through the entire process

Stephanie Kilmartin is very helpful In your search for a home. She takes the time to really listen to your wants and needs and is very prompt at answering questions! We took three years of searching and Steph was so patient the entire process and never pressured us once to make an offer we weren’t comfortable with. Even with some hiccups in the process she was quick to step in and deal with any issues that arose.
As a first-time homebuyer and new to the area, I wanted to take my time finding the perfect home and not feel pressured into something that didn’t feel right. When Stephanie picked up the phone, I explained all of this to her, and she made me feel completely comfortable from the start. We drove 2 1/2 hours to view a house today. When we arrived the home owner was there and told us that she canceled all showings for the day and the house was under contract. Truthfully, this was an extremely unprofessional experience and a waste of time. Clearly once this agency hears "yes" to an offer they don't feel the need to update the listing, nor give people the courtesy of calling them and canceling their showing. Horrible agency.
