Patience & understanding is something a funeral home should have. We had our fathers wake here & now my mothers recently. That will be the last time I EVER use Clancy’s. We had to go back to pick up pictures and flowers & were left to deal with a VERY ignorant female employee. Standing there with her arms crossed because it was a little past closing time. My experience with Clancy Gernon funeral homes was horrible. They very unprofessional and have no mannerism whatsoever and will talk down down about your deceased loved ones to their their small click of golfing buddies.
