Reasonable prices. Safest place in the Clam Gulch area and surrounding towns. Family lives on site. If you have a seasonal place, leave your valuables with them while you're away. Otherwise they will likely be ripped off in this area. Lots of crime. Police don't take reports in Alaska. Crime rate statistics are bogus.
