Had Caravan electrical Brakes issue, Crisp repaired problem , but missed adjusting the axle bolt to tighten the bearing cap, resulting in severe overheating and discharge of grease from around bearings, cost me nearly $700 a few days later in Longreach to rectify, contacted Crusp by phone twice abd several emails but no offer to compensate for any of the cist, so off to Small Claims , very disappointing result for what was good service to begin with.

Collected my vehicle after paying for a warranty service at CHRISP Performance, only to find the service interval hadn’t even been reset — I had to do it myself in the car park. I had marked the oil filter housing beforehand and it was obvious the engine oil filter had not been changed. After raising the issue, I was told to bring the vehicle back for another hour. Chris did a great job fitting our job in and the help from Betty ( The French bulldog) was out standing . The lime green building is easy to find . Great job on our Motorhome.
I trust Chris and team with all of my cars and have never had any issues. The above amazing customer service and quick genuine repairs are hard to find and keep me coming back A++
